Using the Technical Employment website means that you agree not to:

Release

In these cases, you agree to indemnify and hold Technical Employment harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees resulting from:

* harming your goodwill

* harming your reputation

* special, indirect or consequential damage

* a third party lawsuit where you have involvement


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if we feel that a user is causing problems or is introducing possible legal liabilities (which breaches this Terms of Use agreement).
